Meet Deanna, the vibrant force behind Apex’s Shared Services. With a knack for fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, Deanna’s journey with Apex began in 2021. 

Having honed her skills in HR across diverse industries before joining Apex, Deanna brings a wealth of experience to the table. From her early days navigating the intricacies of corporate HR to her current position, she’s cultivated a discerning eye within the hiring process as well as ensuring our teams have the tools they need to get the job done.

Deanna’s expertise doesn’t stop at with HR; it extends into the realm of Marketing, Information Technology, and Health and Safety where she’s not only well-versed but also shares her knowledge through internal training programs. Her role encompasses overseeing shared services strategies, spearheading development initiatives, and nurturing employee satisfaction and wellness programs.

With an honours degree in Applied Science, a post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph, and a CHRL certification under her belt, Deanna is equipped with the tools to navigate the ever-evolving corporate landscape with finesse. She’s not just a practitioner; she’s a catalyst for change within Apex, introducing innovative processes, technology initiatives, and programs that align with the company’s growth trajectory.
